This past Sunday, over 60 of our friends and supporters joined Michiana Jewish Historical Society for Turning Points in Michiana Jewish History, a wonderful discussion with community members Anne Feferman, Bill Gitlin, David Lerman, Bekki Lindow, Dave Ravitch and Richard Wein (filling in for Judy Wein).

We truly cannot thank the community enough for sharing their stories, asking questions and simply listening to the lessons our shared history teaches us. And a big shout out to The History Museum in South Bend for graciously sharing their beautiful space with our community.

This was the kick-off of our Year of the Story, but it’s simply the tip of the iceberg. Throughout 2023 we are going to ask you to share stories of your family’s history, Jewish organizations, and youth groups. We are an entirely volunteer-run organization and to do this we need your financial support to purchase A/V equipment that can best be used to tell your stories in the most dynamic way possible. Please consider donating below.
